Personal Training in a Small Group Setting

Not only will you get the fitness class experience with the loud music, lights, and competition, but you will also work with me on a 1:1 basis. You will not be another face in the crowd in this class. I will get to know your strengths, weaknesses, and how you prefer to be coached.

Consistency = Results

Have a gym membership or a peloton? Still not seeing results? What you are missing is structure and accountability. With this program you not only have the accountability and structure from a coach, but you also have a team of people just like you working next to you.
