A 4-week wellness reset — gamified for growth, support, and community.

Our first Move Through It Challenge brought 75 people together.
And when those four weeks wrapped, the messages started coming in.

  • “I didn’t realize how much I needed the community.”
  • “Showing up was easier when we were doing it together.”
  • “I feel off without the accountability and connection.”

Even when people walked away with a deep understanding of their habits and goals, something was missing:
the people.
The cheering.
The shared “I’m doing what I can today.”
The feeling of being supported while you support others.

What surprised everyone — me included — was how natural it felt.
It didn’t feel like a chore.
It didn’t feel like pressure.

It felt like an opportunity —
to connect,
to learn from each other,
to show up for yourself in real, doable ways,
and to build habits alongside humans who wanted the same thing:
consistency, calm, and community.

And that’s why we’re here again.

Round Two exists because people didn’t want this to end.
Because we crave spaces where we can heal, grow, reset, and move through life together.
And I’m so excited to provide another space for you to do exactly that.

The Move Through It Challenge is not your typical wellness challenge. It’s a 4-week reset designed to help you build consistency in movement, nourishment, rest, and connection — without perfectionism, pressure, or punishment.

Instead of strict rules, you’ll follow a flexible daily task list inside the TrainWithMe app. Each task is worth 1 point. Every time you show up for yourself — whether it’s a hydration break, a workout, or journaling gratitude — you climb the leaderboard. And yes, there are prizes!

This challenge is about moving through life as it is right now, with compassion, accountability, and the power of community.

  • Build consistency through small, daily actions
  • Reset habits around movement, nourishment, rest, and connection
  • Support your mental health as much as your physical health
  • Create accountability and encouragement through community
  • Prove that growth doesn’t come from punishment — but from progress and presence
What You’ll Get

Daily Task List: Complete the wellness tasks you can and share with the group each day in the challenge timeline — examples include hydration breaks, nourishing meals, strength workouts, gratitude journaling, quality rest, time outside, and personal growth activities. Expect some silly ones too!

Three Workouts a Week (optional): Dumbbells only! If you need guidance and support with movement, we've got you covered. Follow-along workouts from Cienna will be included each week with video demonstrations and audio cues to help keep you confident and safe!

Point System + Leaderboard: Wellness, gamified Get paired with a teammate Day 1 for extra accountability. Receive points for showing up. Track your progress on the leaderboard and lean into a little friendly competition with others who are devoted to showing up for themselves where they can.

Community Support: It's like a social media feed filled with nothing but the good stuff. A private, encouraging space to share and celebrate your wins, and move through struggles without judgment.

Guidance from Cienna: Coaching, encouragement, and the exact wellness tools she uses herself.

An invitation to our Wellness Retreat: After the challenge ends, come together to celebrate with the Move Through It Community for a cozy & grounding reunion. Join us for a full day of connection and fun! Journaling, breath-work, food, dance & more.

Why I Created This Challenge

I built this challenge because I needed it for me.

Life gets heavy. We all go through seasons where it feels impossible to stay consistent, where motivation disappears, or where we feel stuck. I created this reset for myself first — and I feel blessed to now offer it to anyone else who’s struggling or simply craving accountability.

Because everything really is better in community. And you don’t have to move through it alone.
