Our beginner plan is created for those who are beginning to incorporate a basis fitness plan. This plan will be 3x/week. Each workout will be ~20-30 minutes/workout & you will need NOTHING besides a chair.
Our intermediate plan is created for those who can use a new routine to continue moving. This plan will be 3x/wk. Each workout will be ~30-40 minutes/workout & you only need dumbbells.
