TrainWithMe has gone to great length to make sure your workout continues to play when your phone is in your pocket and the screen is turned off (background mode). This feature enables you to follow your workout solely based on audio cues. On occasion, the combination of background mode, music playing, and an incoming text/chat message messes up the volume of your trainer’s voice. When this happens, please try the following:
• Pause the workout for approximately 2 seconds, then resume
• If the above doesn't work, quit workout, give it about 5 seconds then resume workout
