        MY BACKGROUND

        PERSONAL

        I have always been passionate about health and fitness, but I decided to make it my career after teaching an all-women’s group fitness class in my hometown. This was my first time instructing a class and programming a workout, and one class was all it took to fall in love with the excitement of guiding people to good health. That’s when I became hooked on helping others become the best version of themselves.

        From working at the gym to training online, I gained a great deal of experience helping clients achieve a wide variety of goals. Shortly after I started training, I began working as a personal trainer for TrainWithMe. TrainWithMe is an incredible app that allows both personal trainers and clients to take fitness on-the-go or in the comfort of their own homes. This platform uses state-of-the-art technology to allow trainers to create personalized exercise routines for each and every client. Through customized video, audio guidance and detailed messaging systems, trainers and clients stay constantly connected.
