Feel Good, Look Good for Weight Loss
Permanent weight loss is the result of permanent lifestyle changes. My training programs are individually designed for weight loss-specific results. The Feel Good, Look Good program uses research-based cardiorespiratory training coupled with weight training results to decrease body fat and increase lean muscle, which results in a slimmer and healthier you! This program provides an extremely potent means to burn calories, focusing on:

  • Cardiovascular and strength training
  • Decreasing body fat and increasing muscle
  • Progressive workouts to continuously challenge you
  • Nutritional support through the MyFitnessPal App

Lean Body Mass Gainz Muscle Building
To build lean muscle, training programs must continuously force muscles to regenerate their cellular makeup and produce increased size. How to achieve this? We will increase volume strategically by varying reps, sets and intensity. Lean Body Mass clients will be cycled through four different phases to maximize muscle gain and prevent injury, focusing on:

  • Superset style training
  • Supplement guidance
  • Decreasing body fat and increasing muscle
  • Progressive workouts to continuously challenge you
  • Nutritional support through the MyFitnessPal App

Be Elite Sports Performance Training  
Improving sports performance requires athletes to increase overall body awareness, strength and power output. Without proper preparation and periodization, performance plateaus are imminent and injuries are VERY likely. Sport-specific training progresses from stabilization to preparation for the higher demands your specific sport. As clients progress, increased muscle adaptation results in your best sport performance. The Be Elite program will enhance performance and prevent plateaus by focusing on:

  • Periodized training
  • Flexibility training
  • Supplement guidance
  • Proprioception, strength and power output
  • Nutritional support through the MyFitnessPal App

ABOUT ME

My job is to inspire you to believe in your potential to achieve great things.

After a career-ending lacrosse injury I pursued my passion for fitness via personal training. Being able to give back to others seeking to advance their athletic abilities and overall health is by far the most rewarding experience.

My training style involves a progressive approach combining functional and dynamic movements that will best help you achieve your goals.

I currently live in Fairfax, Virginia and in my free time I enjoy playing pickup football and traveling with the guys.
