- Introductory video call or phone call to discuss your goals, exercise history and health limitations.
- Introductory video assessment: I will send you a group of core exercise assessments that will help me design the absolute best program for you and your specific needs.
- Personalized workout program that can include corrective exercise & neuro drills, strength training, yoga strength, yoga flexibility, restorative or meditation and intuitive nutrition that is fine-tuned to you, your cycle (for women) and your schedule.
Three session a week on the TrainWithMe app
- Includes all of the benefits of the weekly sessions PLUS weekly check-ins and support via TrainWithMe in-app messaging.
Five session a week on the TrainWithMe app
- Includes all the benefits of the three-session program PLUS priority support via TrainWithMe in-app messaging so you can get help when you need it and daily reminders to keep you accountable and motivated.
Additional video check-ins
