My Services

One session a week on the TrainWithMe app

$60/month

  • Introductory video call or phone call to discuss your goals, exercise history and health limitations.
  • Introductory video assessment: I will send you a group of core exercise assessments that will help me design the absolute best program for you and your specific needs.
  • Personalized workout program that can include corrective exercise & neuro drills, strength training, yoga strength, yoga flexibility, restorative or meditation and intuitive nutrition that is fine-tuned to you, your cycle (for women) and your schedule.
Three session a week on the TrainWithMe app

$80/month

  • Includes all of the benefits of the weekly sessions PLUS weekly check-ins and support via TrainWithMe in-app messaging.
Five session a week on the TrainWithMe app

$120/month

  • Includes all the benefits of the three-session program PLUS priority support via TrainWithMe in-app messaging so you can get help when you need it and daily reminders to keep you accountable and motivated.
Additional video check-ins

$25 for 30 minutes

Video check-ins are a great way to evaluate and correct your form, discuss your goals and target your program accordingly. Your goals are important to me. Let’s use these sessions to help get you where you want to go!

My Background

About Me

I am a Boston-based Yoga Instructor and Movement Specialist and I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals in a mindful and sustainable way. I discovered yoga during my recovery from spinal surgery and it quickly became a way of life for me. I began practicing in the early 2000’s with Milvia Martinez, dancer and yogini extraordinaire with a background in Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga. I developed a passion for Structural Yoga Therapy, which is a method that adapts yoga practice to an individual's needs and abilities, and I am deeply inspired by the work of Carrie Owerko, Doug Keller, Jason Crandell, Dr. Eric Cobb (ZHealth), and Kruse Elite.
