SPECIALIZED FITNESS PLANS

Pilates-Based Stand Taller and Stronger Plan
Your core is the area that extends from your chest to your abs and then along your lower back and hips. Why focus on your core strength? A strong core reduces your risk of injury, improves the function of the rest of your body, supports your overall fitness and mobility, and improves posture, balance and stability. Clients who choose this program focused on conditioning to strengthen the core and progressing as their strength improves. While core strength is the focus of this program, we will add in flexibility, balance, cardio and other elements as you request.

Pain Relief Plan
As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, I’m uniquely qualified to design a plan that helps you relieve any pain you’re experiencing. This may include pain resulting from a sedentary desk job, injury, ageing or any other pain. Most clients feel relief after the first workout, so you can look forward to real results fast! We’ll add additional exercises based on your personal goals, with options including core strengthening, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular endurance or anything you need to improve your overall wellbeing.

“Keep Up WIth Your Children” Plan
As we age, we’re not always focused on being the fastest or the strongest, but we DO want to live a full life including travel, playing with our children or grandchildren and maintaining our ability to move freely. This plan focuses on improving and maintaining mobility by assessing your needs, designing a plan based on your assessment and your goals and working together to make sure you progress through your plan. As you improve, we will reassess your needs and continuously adjust your routine as needed.

Flexibility and Balance Plan
Have you noticed that you have trouble with balance and movement? If so, this plan is for you! Maintaining balance and flexibility as we age is very important to make sure we can maintain our mobility and prevent injury. Clients who choose this plan feel their routines are a great way to ease themselves out of bed in the morning, take a break during the day or get ready for bed at night. Your routine will be relaxing and almost meditative, and a great option for those who want to maintain their movement but do not enjoy strength training and other more rigorous exercise.

Personal Training
I’m available for in-person personal training sessions in the Boston area. Combination TrainWithMe + in-person packages are available with tiered discounts that integrate your TWM subscription with in-person sessions. In-person rates are $60/half hour, $80/45 minutes and $90/hour.

MY EXPERIENCE

ABOUT ME

From the time I was young, I always knew I wanted to do something that would help others. I wasn’t sure what my path would be, but I was always sure of my goal. I grew up in a very small town in Brazil, and when I was young I developed a passion for fitness. I loved to exercise because I loved the way it made me feel, and from an early age I knew I wanted to build a career in fitness.

My goal has always been to help people, and TrainWithMe is a remarkable opportunity because it allows me to help clients not only in my hometown, but also around the world. I find it incredibly rewarding to help people strengthen their bodies and alleviate pain. I love tracking clients’ progress, coaching them when they need some extra motivation, and I especially love celebrating successes!

The client relationships I have developed as a TWM trainer are some of the most rewarding because we use in-app messaging to chat very regularly. I speak to my TWM clients much more often than I speak to in-person clients, and this creates very meaningful, long term relationships that feel special to both me and my clients.

I love my work so much that it doesn't feel like a job, but when I am not working I enjoy volunteering with local charitable initiatives to raise money and provide fitness and nutrition education.
