Conscious Nutrition Guidance, $65 added on to your fitness subscription plan

  • Nutrition guidance with a focus on mindfulness, highlighting topics including label reading, ingredient analysis, making conscious food choices, portion awareness and strategies for eating the foods you love in moderation
  • An extra 20 minutes will be added on to your weekly check-in session to discuss nutritional strategies that encompass mindfulness and balance

Each of us deserves to be wrapped up in light and surrounded by brightness. It’s my mission to help as many people draw an abundance of light, love and warmth in their lives, and I use Yoga, holistic healing and awareness training to help my clients achieve the mind-body connection they seek.

When I began my wellness journey almost twenty years ago, I set out to discover my own deeper mind-body connection. It’s an ongoing process that I’ve successfully incorporated into my life and the lives of many clients.

As I trained, I fell in love with all things related to maintaining awareness and presence in the moment. Whether I train in person or online, it is deeply important to me that I deliver each client a superior value while still focusing on a process that is extraordinarily meaningful to me. I work every day, but not a day goes by that feels like work because I truly love what I do.

My speciality is pushing you beyond your comfort zone as you work to achieve your goals. We’ll grow together as I guide you through the process of using Yoga and core training designed to help develop the awareness and sensitivity required to understand what YOUR body needs and to compassionately lead it in the right direction.
