My online training programs are delivered via the TrainWithMe app. It's a top-of-the-line technology which opens up a highly personalized way to deliver your workouts.

Since we'll use the app to message each other regularly, I can deliver the motivation and accountability you need, the convenience you desire, and the schedule you choose.

It's great as a stand-alone method of training, but even better when combined with in-person training so you have the most comprehensive personal training plan possible.

Step 1: Open The App

Each day, you'll start by opening the app to check your daily workout and messages.

Step 2: Check Your Timeline

Your TrainWithMe timeline is where you'll check in on your daily progress, open workouts, send messages, and receive messages and content from me.

It's fun, social, and a fresh new take on personal training!

Step 3: Complete Your Daily Workouts

I'll send daily workouts that are personalized based on YOUR goals, YOUR schedule, and YOUR preferences.

To get started with your daily workout, you'll simply open the app, choose the workout, and hit start.

Step 4: Send Workout Feedback

You'll be able to provide feedback on each exercise and the workout itself.

That means you can tell me what you think about every part of your workout so you never have to repeat the parts that don't work for you!

Step 5: Message Me Often!

Communication drives success, and unlike in-person only training programs, simple in-app messaging means we'll be talking every day. Take advantage of it, because I find it's key to your success!

It's quick and easy to send messages with audio, photos, and even video attachments!
