Train with fitness instructor Jason Joyce

Jason is a Boston Native. He has over a decade in fitness training, working with dozens of seniors in communities and gyms. Recently, one of his senior clients completed the last Boston Marathon (2019). He focuses on a positive mindset and a healthy lifestyle.

Group fitness and personalized plans

The epitome of a fitness. Participate in group fitness classes. A break down of classes:

-A selection of 3 workouts per day to choose from.
-Educational health and wellness content sent everyday.
-Inspirational videos and audio notes sent to the senior center each day.
-All exercises are low impact approved for seniors.

Upon special request, there will be customized programs for individual seniors to do at home.

Customized workouts

We offer group workouts and customized low-impact workouts. They can all be delivered on the computer, cell phone, or tablet. Or, for a more engaging experience can be viewed on the TV. All workouts come with interactive content, check-ins, and inspiration.

"Jason Joyce worked as my personal trainer for about 2 months during the summer of 2016 when I was visiting Boston. He was a joy to train with.

He began by interviewing me to learn about my goals for training as well as my relevant healthy history. Afterwards, Jason designed a program based specifically on my needs.

It worked well, helping me to improve my fitness level as well as enabling me, based on my frequent travel plans, to continue training on my own.
