Lots of people ask me about my plans, and the truth is, I've found that everyone has different goals. That's why I don't have a "one plan fits all" way of doing things.

I do have a few basic kinds of training plans, though, so keep reading to see what feels best for you.

How Do I Get Started?

My customized plans are highly personalized, so before we get into details about plans and prices, I like to start with a conversation. We'll talk about your baseline, any injuries, what you like (and what you don't like too!), and more. Then we can tailor a plan so you're getting exactly what you need.

Customized Plans

With my customized plans, we'll start out with live, one-on-one Zoom session where we'll do an FSM assessment. After that, I'll provide line drawings that show your strengths and weaknesses.

After that, we'll talk about your individual needs based on the results of your assessment. You'll have options to get these services:

(-) Progressive workouts that start where you're ready and are optimized for quick results and long-term goals.

(-) Regular plan adjustments, so as your body is ready for changes, I'll update your workouts. Variety is key to success!

(-) Daily communication, so we'll always be in touch. You'll get answers to your questions and motivation when you need it.

(-) Priority responses.

(-) Ongoing assessments so you can see your progress and I can adjust your workouts to continue delivering more results!

(-) BodyEvolver tracking, so you can use real data to see progress.

(-) Priority response time, so when you send a message, you'll hear back quickly!

Interested In The Taste Of FMS?

If you're not ready to dive into a full training plan, you may be interested in this plan. Here's what you'll get:

(-) An FMS assessment. I'll ask you to do a few sample exercises, and I'll record the session. This helps me determine your strengths and weaknesses.

(-) Personalized feedback. I'll take screenshots of your movements and provide line drawings to show you where you're in great shape and where you need work.

(-) A list of exercises that are safe based on the results of your assessment, as well as exercises to avoid to prevent injury.

What Plan Is Ideal For Me?

If you want a comprehensive fitness plan, complete with progress-based workouts, daily communication, motivation, and a focus on visible, quick progress, a customized plan is for you.

If you need to relieve pain or heal injuries, a customized plan is also for you.

If you're already doing workouts through a streaming service or in a gym, and you have no pain or health issues, the Taste of FMS plan may be for you. It's great for clients who are already exercising regularly but want tangible feedback to help prevent future injuries. Keep in mind that the Taste of FMS plan does not include workouts or regular communication, so it's best for clients who want an introduction and are self-driven.

What Does A Customized Plan Look Like?

All of my clients' needs are different, so each plan is going to look a little different. My philosophy is that one size does NOT fit all!

Total Wellness Plan

The Total Wellness plan is perfect for those who need support developing and maintaining a regular fitness routine that fits into busy schedules and builds flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance.

Pain Relief Plan

The pain relief hybrid in-person/online plan is perfect for those who want to prevent or alleviate pain, increase movement efficiency, and increase muscle performance.

This plan includes:
