Getting Started

All of my plans are customized because no two clients' needs are identical. I want to make sure the exercise plan I curate for YOU is personalized to meet YOUR needs.

I Offer In-Person, Online, + Hybrid Training Plans

I offer in-person sessions for clients located in the Boston area, but if you're not in Boston, that's ok too! I offer online personal training via an advanced fitness technology that is centered on trainer/client communication, so you can access guided workouts online.

My online plans are actually the MOST personal plans because we'll be in touch every day instead of just once or twice a week at in-person sessions.

Why Online Training Works So Well?

I chat with my online clients every day, and this creates very meaningful, long-term relationships that feel both productive and special to both me and my clients. In many ways, that makes it more impactful than in-person training. And the combination of in-person + online training makes a huge impact.

Why You'll Love My Online Workouts

When we train online, I'll send you workouts that you can access through an Apple-based app or on the internet.

My guided workouts include audio and video cues so you'll always know exactly how to use proper form, and if you ever have any questions, you can send videos to me so I can provide feedback.

You'll also be able to track your progress using daily summaries, and I can see your daily progress so that if there is work that feels too easy or too difficult, I can check in with you and make adjustments as necessary.

Your Live Zoom Assessment

When we work together online, we'll begin with a free one-on-one, live Zoom assessment. In our assessment, we'll discuss your goals, your pain points, any injuries, your schedule, and more.

I'll also ask you to do a few sample exercises so we can establish a baseline. When you do the exercises, I'll take screenshots of your form. This is very important because it will help us evaluate your progress as we move along. It's the best way to track successes and see where you still need work.

Movement Illustrations To Demonstrate Progress

I can also use an advanced movement illustrator to demonstrate where there are issues with form, and show you when you've mastered exercises and perfected your form.

It's like those before and after photos you see sometimes. You'll be amazed, and so proud of your work, when you see your progress every four to six weeks! It's also a great way to evaluate when you're ready to move on to more advanced work.
