At 70 years old, I am in pretty good shape, people think I am in my fifties, but I had a nagging pain in my left shoulder. The family doctor wanted to inject cortisone, the chiropractor would fix it but it would recur, the orthopedist sent me to a physiotherapist and everyone wanted to address the site of the pain in front of the shoulder. Mara, who is a trained physiotherapist, is the first one who assessed it correctly: a muscle in the shoulder blade area would go into spasm and thus create a compensatory pain in the front. She devised exercises to release my shoulder blade area and the pain in the front miraculously disappeared.
Mara listens to you and your needs, she does not give you a cookie-cutter training session and, even better, as a full-fledged physio, she is "overqualified". I totally dislike exercising but with her, I feel fit and have no pain. She is also such a charming person that you will not get bored. All of you at any age, Mara will make you feel even better.

Mara brought me back to normal life
After much repetitive and heavy work, I developed extremely severe shoulder and arm pain. In 2019, the pain began to intensify to the point of not being able to move the arms often. I took several kinds of medicines to relieve the pain, helped for a few days, but then the pain returned. Well, when I couldn't sleep all night and was crying because moving my arm at night was like having tons of weights on my arm and shoulder, I decided to get help from a professional. Fate led me to meet Mara, and I firmly assert that within a few months she brought me back to normal life. Amazing how she can identify all the points on the body that cause the pain.

The End Of My Chronic Pain
