Using The Special Request Filter To View Responses

When you're using Special Request messages, it's important to make sure you review your client responses.

When you use Special Requests, it's a good idea to review this filter regularly so you don't miss important client feedback.

My Client Said She Cannot Respond to My Special Request Message

If clients say they cannot respond to a Special Request message, it is because you required media in the response, but they did not add it before hitting send.

To set Special Requests up without a media requirement, make sure you DO NOT check the box to require an audio message, video, or image in the response.
