What Is Your Exercise Library?

Your exercise library is the tool that helps you build the workouts that you'll send to your clients, and that's why you need to build it before you can begin working with clients.

For now, your library doesn't need to be extensive. Make it simple so you can begin working with the product!

Consider starting with 5 exercise videos that could be assembled into one workout so you can move right into the process of recording audio cues and building your first workout.

Once you understand how to build a workout, you can go back and add more exercises to your library.

Your Workouts, Featuring YOU!

We promise that TrainWithMe delivers a personalized experience, and building your exercise library is a big part of that.

Why? Because sending workouts with your own exercise videos means your clients see your face every time they work out.

Recording Quality Video

Some quick tips before you get started:

(-) Film in landscape position with the camera in horizontal position.

(-) Stand 10-15 feet away from the camera so your clients can see your full body in the video. Upload one exercise, put it in a workout, assign that workout to yourself, and play it in the client app to make sure you're happy with the result before you continue recording video.

(-) Do not use a plain white background, and do not feel limited to a gym. Keep your backgrounds interesting!

Preparing Videos to Upload

Your videos don't need to be long. In fact, the shorter they are, the faster the upload.

Cienna Jade will teach you how to edit your videos down to 3-5 reps so they will upload quickly and efficiently.
